I was hired in October of 2020 for an inbound customer service insurance program and remained on the account until around the end of December. During my time on the queue, my role was to advise customers of various insurance plans and relevant benefits. I was able to learn and absorb a lot of information that will be ultimately valuable in the future.
Afterward, I was offered a position in the IT department as a Help Desk Specialist and have remained part of the team ever since. My responsibilities and duties within the IT field at Velocitii have been a great fit for my strong technical background. I enjoy being able to grow pertinent skillsets and knowledge within the technical side of the company.
