It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Lee Reinecke as the new Director of Sales here at Velocitii LLC. We are ecstatic to bring Lee on board as an integral part of our Sales team.
Lee brings with him 40-years of experience in Sales and Customer Experience Services. He has supported some of the world’s largest and most diverse organizations by fostering innovation and benchmark process strategies focused on enhancing the customer experience. His expertise includes growing businesses, developing strategies for acquiring new business and retaining existing customers, as well as introducing targeted BPO solutions to companies who have never engaged an outsource partner before. He prides himself on his ability to see beyond the immediate, look at trends and external market opportunities and not be hindered by “the way we’ve always done things”.
