Lee currently lives on Lake Ontario nestled on a few acres in Parma, NY with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, baseball, sport fishing and a good four-hour stroll through the county golf courses in pursuit of the elusive hole-in-one.

Lee has 40 years of experience in Sales and Customer Experience Services. He has supported some of the world’s largest and most diverse organizations by fostering innovation and benchmark process strategies focused on enhancing the customer experience. His expertise includes growing businesses, developing strategies for acquiring new business and retaining existing customers, as well as introducing targeted BPO solutions to companies who have never engaged an outsource partner before. He prides himself on his ability to see beyond the immediate, look at trends and external market opportunities and not be hindered by “the way we’ve always done things”.
