The best part about working at Velocitii is the company culture. Having been in the BPO industry for many years now, the culture at Velocitii has to be one of- if not the best. Every employee’s input counts and there is transparency that is unrivaled from the Agent level all the way up to the Executive Team.

I started at Velocitii as a Customer Service Agent and moved my way up to Senior Team Lead. The transition was seamless, as management provided me with all the necessary tools to excel in this position. Now, I enjoy watching my team learn and grow as I did, and shaping them to be great Customer Service Reps!

I enjoy working at Velocitii because it brings me into contact with a diverse group of uniquely skilled individuals from across the community. I love being able to chat with specialists working in different fields including healthcare, tech support and even website design.

It's hard to choose one thing I like the most about my job. Velocitii is an amazing environment filled with helpful and caring people. We are all one big support system, as individuals and as our teams. My team is my second family. We always help one another out and answer each other's questions. There is always someone there who can help you out through chats or on the floor- we are all connected. I love that I can wake up excited to go to work and say I love my job, the experiences, the incentives, and of course, the people. I’m excited to keep seeing our company grow and offer more opportunities for others to join our family at Velocitii and grow with us!

I love and enjoy working here at Velocitii. The energy, smiles, and warmth that greeted me and welcomed me since day one, has remained true to this day.
