Born and raised in the Finger Lakes region and currently living in Canandaigua. Brian enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife and two daughters.

Brian has 30+ years of experience in sales including 17+ years in the BPO industry. He began his BPO career at Concentrix where he started as a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager and progressed to Director of Strategic Account Development. Brian has extensive experience in developing solutions tailored to specific client business challenges. He prides himself on cross-functional teaming across marketing, operations, and solution teams to exceed client expectations while building long-lasting and strategic relationships.
