A Rochester area native, currently living in apple country in a quiet town near Lake Ontario with his wife, two sons, and daughter. Very much like the roots of Velocitii, Jeff enjoys small-town community life. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and friends at the family camp in the Alexandria Bay area in upstate NY.

Jeff brings nearly 30 years of IT operational and consulting experience to Velocitii. He began his BPO career at Sutherland Global Services where he held multiple positions from Director of IT Infrastructure to VP of IT Global Network and Telecom Operations. During his tenure with Sutherland Global, he built a robust global network to expand BPO operations, leveraging cutting-edge telecommunications technologies to deliver contact center services. Most recently, Jeff held the position of Senior Director of Solution Development at Alorica. Brandt holds many certifications including ITIL Foundations V3 and Avaya Sales and Design Certification for Unified Communications and Contact Center.
