Born and almost completely raised a Texan, Mike lives just outside of San Antonio, Texas with his wife and three children. Mike enjoys spending time following his children’s athletic and academic ventures and taking day trips to the Texas Hill Country or Gulf Coast with his wife.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the BPO industry- starting his career as a Sales Agent with West Corporation. Mike has held key roles including Operations Management, Training, Key Client Management, Operational Strategy as well as Workforce Management. During his career, he has gained a true passion for Training and Development and although he has held positions with several departments he was always drawn back to Training. Just prior to joining Velocitii, Mike managed Performance Enhancement for a major BPO where he led Workforce Management and Training initiatives for both the onshore and offshore operations.
