Virginia and her husband moved to Western New York after coming out for a visit in the summer of 2017 and falling in love the place. She joined Velocitii in 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. She has three daughters, one son, and three beautiful grandchildren all of whom sadly live out of state.

Virginia found her love for Human Resources 24 years ago when she took on the role as the Office Manager for a family-owned roofing contracting company where she ran the business operations for 10 years prior to transitioning the company to a national company. Once transitioned she stayed on for another 10 years maintaining the company’s accounting, human resources, and safety. Virginia earned her bachelor’s degree in Management and Certification in Human Resources at the University of Phoenix. She is also SHRM-CP certified and a New York State notary.

When she isn’t working, she loves to play with her animals, explore the wonders of New York and travel when time permits.
