Velocitii LLC, a full service BPO provider located in upstate New York, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Brandt to the position of Vice President of IT.
Jeff brings nearly 30 years of IT operational and consulting experience to Velocitii. He began his BPO career at Sutherland Global Services where he held multiple positions from Director of IT Infrastructure to VP of IT Global Network and Telecom Operations. During his tenure with Sutherland Global, he built a robust global network to expand BPO operations, leveraging cutting edge telecommunications technologies to deliver contact center services. Most recently, Jeff held the position of Senior Director of Solution Development at Alorica. Brandt holds many certifications including ITIL Foundations V3 and Avaya Sales and Design Certification for Unified Communications and Contact Center.
Most notably in his role prior to Velocitii, Jeff developed solutions and strategies for contact center services which allowed for expansion into cloud services. This provided a set of @home technologies for thousands of employees, using virtual desktop hosting and contact center omni-channel services.
When asked what attracted him to Velocitii, Jeff stated that Velocitii appealed to him mostly for the small town feel with a big vision. “I worked for Sutherland when we only had 600 employees, when I left, we had over 50,000. I would love the opportunity to grow and create opportunities within Velocitii that are similar.”
