At Velocitii, we take great pride in our team as they are the cornerstone of our success. A healthy work-life balance is achieved by offering the flexibility of work-from-home options and encouraging the use of Yammer to keep everyone connected, whether they are working in the office or remotely! We also host monthly town hall meetings to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest company news and activities, as well as giving them a platform to provide their thoughts and suggestions.

Additionally, we believe in giving back to our surrounding communities and are committed to making a positive impact and fostering a culture of service. We offer paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) to encourage employees to get involved in their community. As part of our commitment to the community, we also organize fundraisers and donate to worthy causes in the area!
