Izzy's Employee Story

I began my career at Velocitii in 2021 as a temporary employee for one of our health insurance clients. It was my job to assist members in finding plans that would best fit their needs as a call center agent. The information I learned about health insurance has been extremely valuable in my personal life, becoming a valuable resource for me.

After my temporary assignment ended in mid-December, I was hired to work full time for a new car insurance client. I was quickly promoted to team lead and since then I have enjoyed learning about cars and connecting with my team daily. My experience as team lead empowered me to interview and later be promoted to supervisor. As a result of this new position, I’ve become even more passionate about my work and feel motivated every day!
